TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
POSITION: Associate – Senior Associate Level Based on Experience
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract Full Time
LOCATION: Remote in US Time Zone (PST)
Description
Provide support to PyanGo customers during the implementation process and, after six months, begin to independently own custom implementations. Also, support incoming production software application issues and manage a stable set of customers. Your activities will impact the user experience for PyanGo customers. Ability to learn the NetSuite platform, ERP application, and PyanGo products quickly and work on different and overlapping tasks will define your success.
Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the internal application including an understanding of PyanGo bundles and add-on solutions
- Provide online support to PyanGo customers
- Assist product implementations during the overall NetSuite ERP project lifecycle
- Gather detailed information on customer questions or issues to determine the best course of action to assist the customer
- Analyze, identify, and resolve complicated problems and bug fixes
- Escalate urgent issues quickly and engage engineers from relevant squads as necessary to work within and measure against customer SLAs
- Proactively monitor the performance of production and non-production environments & applications
- File and drive issues to closure with customers
- Work with Product, and Engineering departments to ensure fast turnaround and provide quality service to PyanGo customers
Skills and Experience Requirements
- Confident in professional skills and effective communication both orally and in written English
- Has at least two (2) years experience in providing production support including performance monitoring and real-time log analysis, and investigation of NetSuite applications
- Has an understanding of highly transactional, large relational and complex systems
- Experience with NetSuite / ERP System
- Excellent customer orientation skills
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Self-sufficient and self-driven work habits
Other Beneficial Experience
- Has prior programming experience
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in product development or test engineering
- Experience in business and financial processes is an advantage
