PyanGo desires to create exceptional financial software applications for today’s organizations. We have worked with great organizations that have been hobbled by complex and insufficient applications to manage their business. PyanGo’s mission is to provide advanced accounting applications that automate processes, improve efficiency, and enable you to focus on your organization’s goals and objectives.
PyanGo’s journey began during the 1990s in the early days of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. We developed ERP software for large corporations requiring extensive implementations. It was a great learning experience for us as we gained insight into delivering software to meet complex business requirements.
PyanGo’s founders experienced the inherent complexities of large ERP systems. Client-Server computing was challenging to learn, hard to manage, troublesome to maintain, and expensive to license. We believed that organizations were investing too high of a percentage of revenue on IT maintenance, reducing their ability to invest in their core mission.
With “Cloud Computing” emerging as a preferred solution, each founder recognized the advantages of Software-as-a-Service – lower startup costs, minimal IT maintenance, smoother implementations, and more straightforward upgrades. From a financial perspective, cloud computing avoided the significant CapEx outlays required to implement legacy ERP solutions.
We experimented with leading platforms such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and NetSuite. NetSuite’s SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN) advantage became apparent to us. NetSuite offered a full-fledged software development environment (database + scripting + user interface + reporting + batch processing) wholly hosted in the cloud. PyanGo’s software development skillset easily transferred to this platform, and our financial experience allowed us to extend NetSuite with business applications that help both profit and non-profit organizations.
PyanGo’s products, incorporating features once reserved for only the largest enterprises, can now deploy to any size organization. Our applications were forged from legacy ERP systems and brought to fruition on the SDN platform for today’s organizations.

Leadership Team
Mike Canniff | CEO, Founder
Mike brings over 20 years of software product management experience to the PyanGo team, including Director of Development at PeopleSoft, where he delivered several core components. He gained experience while working with many enterprise software applications, including PeopleSoft, Microsoft Dynamics, Sungard, NetSuite, and Salesforce. Mike has also worked with higher education institutions, manufacturing enterprises (IBM), eCommerce companies, and many non-profit organizations (including community, healthcare, NGOs, and transit agencies). He combines deep technical expertise with broad functional knowledge to deliver high-quality software solutions. He holds a Master Degree in Computer Science from Syracuse University.
Narendra Phadke | Principle Partner, Founder
Narendra brings over 20 years of ERP implementation experience working on large scale projects during his time at Accenture, Deloitte, and as an independent consultant. Narendra has implemented both PeopleSoft and Oracle e-Business Suite of ERP applications at several customer sites. He is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and has worked with several global non-profit organizations during his consulting days. At PyanGo, Narendra has worked with a diverse set of non-profit customers with varied grants requirements to implement PyanGo’s Grants Management solution. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master’s degree from Auburn University.
